Travelling in your own car on your golf getaway offers you travel independence, and Le Shuttle is the fastest cross-channel operator, with a crossing time of just 35 minutes, so you arrive in France very quickly and in comfort.
We shall have made your booking, at a time to suit you, and on arrival at the Folkestone terminal, simply take the Self Check-In lanes signposted by the Self Check-in pictogram and look out for the kiosks situated before the main booths. It works exactly the same in Calais, on your return journey. Number-plate recognition makes it even easier for all our customers!
Eurotunnel Passenger Terminal Buildings and Flexiplus lounges offer free Wi-Fi. The wireless network covers the Passenger Terminal Buildings and Flexiplus lounges in the UK and France.
Both terminals have parking facilities, cash dispensers, bureau de change, toilet facilities and a 24-hour information desk. As well as shopping opportunities, there is also a newsagent and a selection of restaurants and cafés.

You may ask for an upgrade to FlexiPlus [at extra cost]. This is le Shuttle at its best…dedicated terminal, cold snacks, hot and cold drinks & newspapers included. You gain priority access to the next departing train, saving the queue whilst waiting to board.
You simply provide us with your car and driver details, to enable us to book on your behalf. Allow at least 30 minutes from your checking in to your train time, shown on your Booking Confirmation.
Prior to travel, you will need to register all party members’ passport information with Eurotunnel…we’ll show you how, or simply do it for you, if you prefer.
The terminals in the UK and France offer places to wait, get refreshments and to shop, before your check through passport control and security.
World Golf Tours customers usually use their own cars to make their journey. We can accommodate requests for high vehicles, roof-boxes, minibuses.
If you are a large group travelling by coach, your coach operator will make your travel arrangements and include the cost in the coach hire fee. We can arrange accommodation for the driver, as part of the group package.
